By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all of the information below.
Shipping: We currently ship to U.S addresses only. To protect our customers from fraud, all orders are shipped to the billing address only. If you have recently moved, please update your address with your credit card company.
Taxes, Processing and Handling Fees: All orders placed through our website will incur a 6.5% online/state tax / processing and handling fee, added at checkout.
Return Policy: We have 5 different options to choose at checkout. A standard 30 Day return policy is included with all orders, no questions asked. We test and confirm all model numbers and serial numbers and that items are working before being shipped. If you are not comfortable with 30 days, you have the option to choose a longer extended coverage period. 1, 2, 3, 6 and 12 month options are available. To initiate a return please start a help desk ticket. This will allow you and our techs to track the progress of your return. Support tickets for returns will be given an RMA number that must be included with the returned item. Returns without fault or a proper RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once you are out of your return policy, you will not be able to return items.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled or corrected if it has not been shipped, or up to 24 hours after placing the order. Order cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Price and Availability: Price and availability is Subject to Change Without Notice
Back order Policy: We will notify you if any item you order is back ordered, and inform you of the estimated due date of that item if we have that information available. When the item becomes available, we will send you an email notification that it has arrived and is shipped to you. We have one week after notification to ship the back ordered item or it will be canceled and refunded. Some of our back ordered items never come back in stock unfortunately.
